1. Respect:

- We do not tolerate any form of abuse or disrespect towards our staff. Customers displaying such behavior will be refused service.

- If you have any concerns during your visit, please contact our manager for prompt assistance.

2. Refunds and Quality Guarantee:

- We do not offer refunds for our services.

- Within 7-10 days after your service, we take full responsibility for fixing any issues with your nails at no additional charge. After this period, standard pricing applies.

3. Late Arrival:

- We provide a 15-minute grace period for unforeseen delays, with prior notification.

- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, it will be considered a no-show or cancellation.

4. No Show/Cancelled Appointments:

- You can cancel your appointment up to 3 hours before the scheduled time.

- After three instances of cancellation or no-show, a $20 deposit will be required for future appointments.

5. Special Requests:

- Please book the appropriate additional service for complex designs.

- For ingrown nail treatments, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional or podiatrist.
